The Liberated Body: SomaYoga for Freedom of Movement IN PERSON

Blending somatic movement with therapeutic yoga and classical asana, experience awareness of your body from the inside out and discover how to move throughout your day with greater ease and less pain in mind and body. Perfect for people who are scared to try yoga or haven't liked other classes. Because of the somatic work, this is also perfect for athletes wanting to improve their performance. By signing up here, you are choosing to attend in person.

When Covid levels are Moderate, High or Very High, everyone will be masked in class.

This is a drop-in class and doesn't require registration, but that is helpful. People often pay in person for this class.
